04 Describe the process of law making in the U.S congress.
05 Discuss elaborately the independence of Judiciary in England.
06 Critically examine the salient features of the Government of India Act, 1935 and its short comings.
07 Write short notes on any two of the following:
(i) Election procedure of President under the Constitution of France.
(ii) Enforcement of Human Rights in the Russian Constitution.
