امیر کروړ سوري د پښتو ادب په دودیز تاریخ کې ځانګړی او دروند ځای لري. په ادبي روایتونو کې هغه د یوه لرغوني پښتني اتل او شاعر په توګه یادېږي، چې نوم یې له مېړانې، عزت او د پښتو شاعرۍ له لومړنیو پړاوونو سره تړل شوی دی. د هغه کیسه د پښتنو د کلتوري حافظې یوه برخه ګرځېدلې او د پښتو ژبې او ادب د پخواني تاریخ په تصور کې مهم رول لري.
