Part-I

Q. No. 1: Enumerate the cases where the right of private defence of the body and property extends to causing death.

Q. No. 2: Discuss different kinds of hurt and the punishments provided thereof. Please quote relevant provisions of law.

Q. No. 3: Define wrongful confinement. Elaborate on different kinds of wrongful confinements and the punishments provided thereof. Please quote the relevant provisions of law.

Q. No. 4: Please define cheating and criminal breach of trust, and the sentences provided for such offences. Please quote the relevant provisions of law.

PART-II

Q. No. 5: Discuss the concept of bail in non-bailable offences, and also discuss the grounds for cancellation of bail.

Q. No. 6: Explain the procedure for declaring a person as a proclaimed offender. Please quote the relevant law.

Q. No. 7: Discuss the law relating to the order for custody and disposal of property during the pendency of the trial?

Q. No. 8: Enumerate powers of the trial court as well as the appellate court to record additional evidence. Please quote the relevant law.

PART-III

Q. No. 9: Discuss the procedure for partition of shares in the land and the restrictions and limitations on partition with reference to the relevant provisions of law.

Q. No. 10: Discuss Records of Rights and Periodical Records within the contemplation of the West Pakistan Land Revenue Act 1967.
