03 Analyze the role of Pakistan Bureaucracy in Public Policy Perspective and the various elements responsible in crafting the Public Policies.
04 Elaborate Policy making process with an overview of the different stages focusing the societal problems. Please discuss the Policy Problem(s) and its implications.
05 What is Political Economy; please discuss the role of Political institutions responsible for addressing the public issues in Pakistan‟ Economy.
06 The Planning process is fundamental for the Socio-Economic development of the country; please highlight the role of planning commission or provincial planning department and define the elements of project planning process in Pakistan.
07 How the Rational Choice Theory is relevant with Public Governance? Please articulate your argument considering; rational stakeholders, individual interest and pressure group/ lobbyist.
08 Why Local Government System is important in the three tier governance system in Pakistan and also highlight the key challenges and way forward for an effective functioning of local government system in addressing community based local issues.
