02 PEMRA. Please discuss its role and whether it has been able to deliver on the purposes / aims it was founded.
03 Climate Change has emerged as a global crisis, but it is effecting the developing countries like Pakistan (which contributes less than 1% to global greenhouse gas emissions) the most. Can Pakistan meet the challenge alone or should it meet it (in alliance with the similarly effected developing countries) and the developed world.
04 Please give brief history of the Durand Line (the internationally recognized border between Pakistan and Afghanistan) which has remained a contentious issue between Afghanistan and Pakistan since the emergence of Pakistan in 1947. The issue has again been raised by the present self-declared Afghan Interim Government, which supports their ‘Guests’, Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) – who are responsible for the recent terrorist activities in Pakistan.
05 While the collective strength of the US regarding scientific advancement, knowledge-based economy, military power, and global positioning is not fading away, comment on the scope of the De-Dollarization and rise of BRICS as an alternative to the US-led international order.
