(Industrial and Commercial Organizations)
01 Provide legal definition of Corporation and explain its aspects in detail. Also, differentiate between (i) Cartel and Trust (ii) Horizontal and Vertical Combination.
02 Examine critically various sources of raising Long-term Funds by a Joint Stock Company.
03 Define Entrepreneurship. What decisions have to be taken by an entrepreneur for establishing new enterprise and how does promotion mix help him/her?
SECTION-II (Industrial and Commercial Law)
04 (a) Explain the general rules of relating to “Offer and Acceptance” under the Contract Act, 1872.
(b) What is the status of a “Finder of Goods” under the Contract Act, 1872? What are his rights?
05 Discuss various Modes of creating an Agency. Also, state the Rights of a surety under Contract of Guarantee.
06 Discuss „Hazardous Process‟ under the Factories Act, 1934 amended in 1948. Do the Government employees have a fundamental of statutory right to go on strike under the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 amended as IRA 2012?

07 (a) Write down merits and demerits of Spearman‟s Coefficient of Correlation.
(b) The Rank obtained by 10 individuals before and after training of some course, are given below. Compute Spearman‟s Correlation Coefficient.
