Q7. Explain provisions relating to refugee and asylum under the International Law. How far this subject is more occupied by Human Rights Conventions?

Q8. “Are diplomatic agents absolutely immured from the criminal jurisdictions of the receiving state” Discuss in detail by giving examples from case law.
