Q-2. Describe briefly the development and role of English Press in Balochistan in recent years.
Q-3. What is the purpose of a Daily Newspaper Column? How a column differs from editorial? What caliber a columnist must possess to match the task?
Q-4. A Newspaper serves the society. In which manner it projects the aspirations and redresses the grievances of the common man?
Q-5. Give various definitions of Yellow Journalism drawing a clear conclusion of your own. How can it be controlled or curbed effectively? How it harms the society?
Q-6. Distinguish between Publicity and Propaganda. How far governments depend upon these two weapons for their image building?
Q-7. The press is called the “Fourth Estate” of a country while Radio and TV are regarded as the Fifth Pillar. Do they deserve these titles? What code of ethics they must follow to remain within limits?
Q-8. Give various definitions of terrorism drawing clear conclusions of your own. What are its reasons? Can ongoing terrorism in Pakistan be curbed by using force or some other ways are also available to deal with it effectively?
Q-9. Define News Agency. What role foreign and national agencies play in the developing of Media? Give a brief account of the services of Associated Press of Pakistan (APP) for the Province of Balochistan.
