07 How National water differs from Territorial water and also discuss the classification of Rivers with detail account of the principles regarding International River ways?
08 What is meant by State Succession and how it differs from Succession of Government. Also give detailed note on transfer of rights and obligations in state succession to Treaties as well as in case of Public debt?
