01 Differentiate between criminal breach of trust and criminal conspiracy.
02 Define the principle against double jeopardy. State the law concerning double jeopardy and exceptions to it.
03 Distinguish between: (a) Direct evidence and hearsay evidence. (b) Common intention and common object. (c) Statements under Section 340(2) Cr.P.C and 342 Cr.P.C.
04 Define and discuss identification in criminal cases. State the procedure involved in identification parade and the rules to be observed therein.
05 Define and discuss dying declaration, its evidentiary value, and the procedural requisites of it.
06 State briefly the grounds on which the applications under Section 265-K as well as 249-A Cr.P.C. are to be considered.
07 What do you understand by mischief and describe the different kinds of mischief, if any punishable under the Pakistan Penal Code?
08 Write short notes on any Three of the following: (a) Unlawful Assembly. (b) Cognizable Offence. (c) Commission. (d) Expert Opinion. (e) Substance not covered by CNS Act.
