Q-1. Write a note on conception/ property not liable to attachment and sale in execution of decree.
Q-2. Attempt / Write short notes on Three of the following:
(i) Appeal & Rescission.
(ii) Rescission under CPC.
(iii) Power to make up deficiency of Court Fees.
(iv) Inherent powers of Civil Court.
(v) Difference between necessary parties and proper parties.
Q-3. What is meant by Service as provided by CPC? Also explain different modes of Substituted Service.
Q-4. Write a note on “Appointment of Receiver” and basic requirement for grant of Temporary Injunctions.
Q-5. Explain difference between Direct Evidence and circumstantial evidence.
Q-6. Write a note whether a disclosure made to Police Officer without having recovery of incriminating article or discovery of new fact is sufficient for proving guilt of accused, in case if reply is in affirmative, give reasons thereof?
Q-7. Write notes on Three of the following:
(i) Conditions for giving testimony by a witness.
(ii) “Tazkiyah” under Qanun-e-Shahadat Order.
(iii) Confession.
(iv) Dying Declarations.
(v) Public Document.
Q-8. Whether question of limitations can be considered by a Court of law even if it is not raised by the defendant in Civil Suit?
Q-9. Explain materially difference between “Condonation of delay” and “Exclusion of time in Suit”.
Q-10. Explain Legal Disability in initiation of proceedings with examples.
