03 (A) Illustrate the „Causes and Effects‟ of extended Urbanization Process in Third World Countries with special reference to Pakistan.
(B) What do you know about Push-Pull Factors related to Urbanization Process? Do you think that Planning and Management of Push-Pull Factors can be a handy approach to streamline Urbanization Process?
04 Describe Industrial Development. What types of performance standards and other considerations are to be ensured by Master Planning and Environmental Control Department while determining the application for a General Development Permit for Industrial Purposes?
